The Incubator Shaker allows us to run replicates or trials of small scale fermentation and is used early in the development stage of fermentation based products.
The diluting of samples checks optical density and pH of a small scale fermentation trial.
Our 15-liter Pilot Scale Glass Fermenter allows Martech to gather data as fermentations are scaled up from the Incubating Shaker. This is the second step for any fermentation-based product developed by Martech.
Our 75-liter Glass Pilot Plant used as reaction/distillation vessels, gives Martech the ability to explore any distillation or concentration that might be needed at the pilot scale. These reactors are also suitable for organic synthesis under medium head and mild pressures.
Our 300-liter Stainless Seed/Pilot Fermenter allows the exploration of variables; pH, aeration, agitation, heat, dissolved O2, dissolved CO2, to be monitored much more accurately and closer to a production scale vessel. The Pilot scale CIP system allows for data collection with regards to cleaning and sanitation. This machine also serves as a seed vessel for larger fermentations.
